Morning
Shower in the morning.
Hydrate and get daylight in the morning.
Eat the frog first. Tackle the most challenging task first thing in the morning.
Conquer the task you dread the most when you get to work.
Get some movement in before starting work, like a walk or a short bike ride.
Don't oversleep. Wake up and start work at a consistent time.
Create morning and evening routines to set and end the day well.
Add easy tasks to your "to-do list" to boost dopamine and motivate you to do more.
Set up a separate computer profile for work/study to avoid distractions.
Chain your habits together to maintain momentum throughout the day.
Turn off all non-essential notifications.
Slow down your activities to increase focus and calmness.
Drink more water.
Afternoon
Do not multitask—our brain is single-threaded.
Stop obsessing over productivity hacks and start working on your list.
Stop wasting time on unproductive sites.
Use a timer to focus on work with breaks in between.
Spend time planning your day; even more if you're busy.
Tiny habits deliver big results over time.
Write down every idea; you might forget it if you don't.
Write everything down; keep a consistent record.
Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
It doesn't have to be perfect; it just needs to be started.
Consistency is more important than intensity.
Rest more; productivity doesn't mean working nonstop.
Enjoy the journey, not just the destination.
Have no "Zero-Days." Do at least one productive thing every day, no matter how small.
Night
Spend 10 minutes at the end of each day to set your top goal for the next day.
Fix your sleep. A good sleep schedule boosts productivity.
Have a consistent sleep schedule to need less sleep overall.
Stop taking your phone to the bedroom.
End toxic relationships. Being alone is okay.
"No." is a complete sentence; it doesn't require explanations.
Don't be afraid to say "no."
Change your content consumption if you want to change your mindset.
Stop watching the news.
Remove social media apps from your phone or set a time limit.
