Reset your Fitness
A simple formula that will change your approach to fitness.

Today's Letter is Short but Powerful Enough for Resetting Your Fitness
The idea for the following formula is to get two reusable fitness routines:
The one that will get you in shape
The one that will keep you in shape
The Formula:
Go to a professional gym that will give you a fitness program to follow based on your fitness goal.
Achieve your goal.
Then ask for a fitness program to follow in order to keep yourself in shape.
Sustain your goal.
What about this resets your fitness exactly?
Nothing.
The idea here is to have a default plan to follow when your routine starts to fail.
Because it will fail—every routine does—the key here is to have a plan to follow when your life goes sideways.
Now, instead of wondering what to do, you have a tested approach to reset your routine without extra cost.
Check my Simple Fitness Routine for Example (this one keeps me in shape)
Warm-up: 10 minutes of light jogging or brisk walking
Strength Training:
Push-ups: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Bodyweight Squats: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Planks: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Cardio: 20 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise (e.g., cycling, running, or jump rope)
Cool-down: 5 minutes of stretching
Productivity Snippet:
Tiny habits deliver big results over time.
Chain your habits together to maintain momentum throughout the day.
Consistency is more important than intensity.
