Reset your Diet

A simple formula that will change your diet.

Today's Letter is Short but Powerful Enough for Resetting Your Diet

The idea for the following formula is to get two reusable diet routines:

  1. The one that will get you in shape

  2. The one that will keep you in shape

The Formula:

  1. Consult a nutritionist who will give you a personalized diet plan based on your health and fitness goals.

  2. Follow this plan diligently until you achieve your goal.

  3. Once you reach your goal, ask for a maintenance diet plan to sustain your progress.

  4. Maintain your goal with this new plan.

What about this resets your diet exactly?

Nothing.

The idea here is to have a default plan to follow when your routine starts to fail.

Because it will fail—every routine does—the key here is to have a plan to follow when your life goes sideways.

Now, instead of wondering what to do, you have a tested approach to reset your routine without extra cost.

Check my Simple Diet Routine for Example (this one keeps me in shape)

  • Breakfast:

    • Milk and Cornflakes (Never changes)

  • Lunch:

    • Whatever you can imagine. (It changes every day)

  • Dinner:

    • Greek Salad (Never changes)

  • Hydration:

    • Drink at least 6 glasses of water throughout the day (Never changes)

Productivity Snippet:

  • Stop obsessing over productivity hacks and start working on your list.

  • Have no "Zero-Days." Do at least one productive thing every day, no matter how small.

  • Add easy tasks to your "to-do list" to boost dopamine and motivate you to do more.

  • Fix your sleep. A good sleep schedule boosts productivity.
